Release strengths: from ‘easy’through several levels of more ‘controlled‘ release

Colour shades: transparent or any shade required

Widths: 10 mm up to 2200 mm

Film thickness: 45 my up to 350 my

Silicone-coating is applied solvent free.

Toxicity: The production and the disposal of the film are environmentally friendly. BGA and FDA certificates are avallable upon request.

The films are suitable for recycling.

IV. EVA films (DEKU elastic soft film)

Ethylene-vinyl-acetate film with embossed pattern

Embossing patterns: Micro-embossing (matt), raute, diamant, leinen, grobleinen

Fields of application: These films are used as substitute material for soft PVC films.

Suitability for sealing applications: can be used for heat pulse and high-frequency welding methods.
